How can I participate in HIV cure research?

 

The short answer is: if your specialist HIV doctor or nurse asks you to participate. For many studies, you must meet certain requirements. Your specialist HIV doctor and nurse know exactly which patients are eligible for a study. Of course, it never hurts to indicate that you would like to participate in research. 

 

Most HIV cure research is conducted in the United States, but occasionally there is also research in the Netherlands.
