If I am ever cured of HIV, can I get it again? 

That will depend on the method involved in the cure. People who have been cured with a stem cell transplant have received stem cells from someone who is immune to HIV. As a result, these people are not only cured, but also immune to HIV.
 
Many different strategies to cure HIV are being investigated, but no one knows exactly what an HIV cure will look like. So it is possible that you could get HIV again after being cured.
